Got some new work started in the studio last night!  Photos to follow...making some new work for a Solo show in January at Portsmouth Abbey School (McGuire Fine Arts Center)!!!

New Work!  Finally!...  2.5"x 12", acrylic, pen, graphite.  

Just some quick studies and experimenting in my new studio.  Transparency and layering.  There are about 40 more...we'll see what happens.  Let me know what you think.

Experimenting Outdoors!!!

This project was to remove my paper still life out of my studio and bring it into nature. The pictures were taken at Colt State Park by the shore. I was looking for textures in the ground, space and contrast. While the stark white paper was a focal point, I found myself searching for interactions with the paper and its environment.
